At the Clinical Psychology Centre, adults, adolescents, we offer a full range of comprehensive psychological services for children, and families. The focus of the centre is to work collaboratively with youth and their families to develop life-long skills to promote psychological health, social-emotional well-being, and academic growth. We provide assessment and treatment services for a variety of difficulties including various Anxiety Disorders (e.g., Parenting, ADHD), Behavioural Difficulties (e.g., Depression, Selective Mutism), Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Social-Communication Difficulties. We rely heavily on empirically based approaches for both assessment and treatment (e.g., adolescents, family approach) to bring about positive changes in the lives of children, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and families.
