Our Head Chef, Igor has 30 years chef experience working for some of the best restaurants in Kiev, Ukraine. Igor's always on staff - be sure to say hi when you visit.We serve American, Russian and Ukrainian dishes. Recently he's been contracted for various festivals here in Canada. He has cooked for the Ukrainian government, army and the KGB during his career. There is always enough food on our plates! It's hard to find well done authentic food like ours!.
