Crown Heights Co-operative Homes Inc. (the Co-op) is a 118 unit townhouse complex. Members elect a Board of Directors who work to govern the Co-op according to the needs of their members. The members meet at least two times per year. All members of the Co-op have a right to vote and take part in governing their community. When a person moves in a unit in the Co-op they become a member of the Co-op. The Co-op is a mixed community of seniors, families and single person. The members also meet to approve budgets and receive the audited financial statements.
